Infused oils are created from 2 ingredients:  a base oil and an herb. Infundierendes Öle werden aus 2 Zutaten: Ein Basis-Öl-und ein Herb.

The herb by itself can not become an oil. Das Kraut von selbst kann nicht als Öl.  But if there is a base oil to hold the herb’s flavor, then an infused oil can be created with the herb flavor.  This allows for a myraid flavor in Infused Oils.
